Jordan Francisco Sanchez, 22; Alexander Esteban Huaiquil-Chavez, 24; Bastian Alejandro Morales, 23; and Sergio Andres Cabello, 38, were arrested on Jan. 10 after a traffic stop on Interstate 70 in Clark County,
A Clark County grand jury indicted all four of them on charges of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, participating in a criminal gang, and possessing criminal tools on Tuesday.

Court records originally filed in Clark County Municipal Court showed that the four men were seen leaving the La Quinta Hotel in Fairborn with luggage on Jan. 10. Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers were conducting surveillance on their Chevrolet Blazer and initiated a traffic stop after seeing the Blazer commit a marked lanes violation on I-70.
Three of the four men presented troopers with fake identification cards.
“After the four male Chileans’ true identifications were learned, all four males were identified as being illegally in the country or overstayed their permissions,” investigators wrote in a probable cause affidavit.
When a search was conducted on the Blazer, two Husky automatic center punch tools were found. A special agent involved in the investigation said that style of tool is known to be used by the South American Theft Group to break glass and enter houses, according to court records.
An old Louisiana State University (LSU) shirt and Cincinnati Bengals hat were also found in the car. Court records note that the items were believed to be stolen during a burglary in Hamilton County on December 9, 2024. While they have not confirmed if these men are connected to the burglary at Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow’s home, he did attend LSU and his Hamilton County home was broken into on December 9, 2024, according to a Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office report.
A special agent working the case recognized Morales as a person possibly involved in a Hamilton County burglary on Dec. 9. Two days after the burglary, Morales was allegedly seen on surveillance video at a McDonald’s in Miami, Florida exiting a Volkswagen Atlas known to be in the area of the burglary on Dec. 9.
Chavez was also seen walking out of the La Quinta with a duffle bag similar to one also seen exiting that Volkswagen Atlas in Miami on Dec. 11.
After being taken into custody, three of the four men allegedly lied about their identities again and told investigators they were in Ohio “for vacation to see the snow.”
Chavez reportedly admitted to buying the glass-breaking but would not give a reason why, according to court records.
All four men were arrested and remained booked in the Clark County Jail.
