COLUMBUS — Two Ohio State football players worked a fast-food shift after winning the national championship.

Buckeye quarterback Will Howard and defensive end Jack Sawyer served fans at both the counter and drive-thru window at Raising Cane’s, according to our news partner WBNS in Columbus.

Both players and Brutus were on hand to celebrate the title with fans.
“It’s something I’ve dreamed about since I was young,” Sawyer told WBNS. “Being able to bring a championship back to Columbus, means everything to me.”
Both players tried their best to serve the fans but admitted to being “terrible cooks” in the kitchen, WBNS reports.
Ohio State beat Notre Dame, 34-23, Monday night to win the football program’s ninth national championship.
The Buckeyes will host a championship celebration at noon Sunday at Ohio Stadium.
