A Reddit user by the name of u/Collinnn7 has became an instant legend after he revealed on Reddit how to mute those loud, obnoxious gas pump advertisements.

“I was trying to press the button to bring up the ‘Print Receipt?’ screen and I hit the mute button by mistake,” the San Antonio man told MySA. “The volume on the ad shut off and I didn’t know if it was because I had pressed the [button] or because I was finished pumping.”

You mean to tell me all I’ve ever had to do was push the ‘Print Receipt?’ button to get rid of Maria Menounos yelling at me to get in shape while I’m pumping gas? No more listening to sports highlights that are three days old?

Game. Changer.

Not all heroes wear capes.
