Survivor host Jeff Probst revealed on his podcast, On Fire with Jeff Probst, that the season 49 cast of survivor may include a celebrity.
“We have someone applying for Season 49 who is very accomplished and known around the world. They too are going through the same casting process, the same way every other player did, because this is everything.
We have to know you. We have to anticipate you. There’s not a right or wrong answer in casting. People often say, ‘How do I get on the show?’ Just be yourself. We just want to know who that version of you is.”

Fans immediately began guessing who it could be and the celebrity most guessed - none other than country music superstar Dierks Bentley!
Season 49 will be shot from mid-April 2025 to mid-May 2025. Coincidentally, if you go to Dierks’ official website and look at his tour, there is a gap from the months of April to May.
Once again, these are just rumors and nothing is confirmed, but wouldn’t it be cool to see Dierks compete on the show?
