Eligibility: Subject to the additional restrictions below, the K99.1FM Contest (the "Sweepstakes") is open to Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky residents, 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cox Radio Dayton ("Sponsor"), its affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, promotional companies involved in this Promotion, as well as family and household members of same, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. The parties acknowledge that SCA Promotions is not liable for reimbursement of any prizes otherwise payable to Promotion contestants who are in violation of this provision

The use of automatic telephone dialing equipment or other software or computer assisted dialing equipment is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Winner is responsible for all applicable local, state or federal taxes and has 30 days from the date of winning the prize to comply with all eligibility requirements cited herein to claim all contest prizes. If unclaimed after 30 days the prizes are considered to be forfeited and no substitution prizes will be provided.

2. How To Enter: The contest will begin March 31st, 2008 at 7:00 a.m. (E.S.T.) and end at 7:00 p.m. (E.S.T.) on June 6th, 2008 (the "Contest Period"). The period for on-air qualification will be October 1-November 16, 2007. The contest dates are subject to change and contest may end earlier at the station's discretion. The contest may be suspended on certain days during the period, for special activities.

$100 Prize and Finalist Qualification:
Enter by joining the K-Club listener program. This can be done by giving us your name, address, e-mail address and phone number at the station website at http://www.k99online.com or sending a mailed entry to the radio station listing your name, address and phone number. Then listen to K99.1FM WHKO radio Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. (E.S.T.) and 7 p.m. (E.S.T.) during the Contest Period. At 7AM, 9AM, 2PM and 5PM and other assorted random times during the week we will be calling names of people who have joined the K-Club program on the air. If your name is called on the air during these contest times, you'll have 9 minutes to contact our studio contest lines at (937) 457-0991, or 1-800-245-0991. If it is verified that the correct person has called, the caller will automatically win a cash amount of $100 or higher. Station will ask for verification of proof that the right person has called by asking the caller to verify his or her phone number, address and/or email address. If the caller cannot match at least one piece of verification information, they will not win. This information was submitted in advance by the listener.

$1,000,000* Grand Prize:
While on the phone with the on-air personality, the caller will be asked for the last four digits of their social security number. (The caller must provide the last four digits of his/her social security number. If he/she refuses the contestant is disqualified and cannot try for the $1,000,000 grand prize.) At that time the on-air personality will enter the same four digits into a special private Web Site. The Web Site will randomly generate a birth date for each contestant's attempt. If the birth date generated by the Web Site for the contestant's attempt matches the contestant’s birth date exactly (mm/dd/yyyy), the caller will win $1,000,00.00* pending verification of the contest rules. A Contestant’s birth date is the birth date of record in the official records of the governmental agency that issued the ID Number (Social Security Number) of the contestant. Contestants are further subject to compliance with the eligibility and other requirements of these Official Rules. *If $1,000,000 Grand Prize is won, it's paid in forty (40) equal annual installments of $25,000 each, without interest. Within (3) business days of a claim, contestant must provide Cox Radio with a copy of a valid driver’s license, birth certificate and social security card. All claims are subject to verification of the contestant’s actual birth date and social security number.

Sponsor will not be responsible for loss of service to the call-in line or for a contestant's failure to reach the call-in line due to malfunction of any network or system, congestion, overload, busy signals, or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing his/her phone call. In the event of interruption of power or telephone service to K99.1FM during a call-in period of the Contest and prior to accepting the caller, the call-in period affected by the interruption may or may not be replayed at the resumption of service, at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Sponsor and any affiliated companies and insurers, are not responsible for any late, misdirected or incomplete entries, effects of hackers, or failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections. Sponsor and any affiliated companies and insurers, are not responsible for any inaccuracies in information, which may be used in the Promotion, or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries. Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time, in which event, only entries received by that date will be considered. With respect to any entry, the data stored on the computer systems of SCA Promotions is the sole determiner of all information provided by the contestant as part of such entry. Sponsor and any affiliated companies are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Game or Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate a contestant's eligibility to participate. In the event any portion of this Promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, hackers or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Game, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate all or part of the Promotion. Sponsor and any affiliated companies are not responsible for any entry, which is generated by computer hardware or software, malfunction, error or failure, or is tampered with or subject to any non-authorized human intervention.

Listeners who win in the $1,000,000* Name Game Contest are prohibited from entering and winning any additional K99.1FM contests for the next 30 days. Winners in other station contests are eligible to participate in the Name Game contest.

3. Winner Selection: Names are randomly selected by entries in the station database. Station must verify name by either address, e-mail address or phone number. If name does not have any verification, it will not be selected and is disqualified. During the contest period, winners will receive a cash prize.

4. Prizes and Odds: Grand Prize: *$1,000,000 paid in 40 equal annual installments of $25,000 each without interest; One available. If the Grand Prize is awarded, the contest will be terminated. Odds of winning 1 / 21,170. Only one (1) 1,000,000* prize available. If no contestant correctly matches the winning birth date, THE GRAND PRIZE WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Second Prize: $100 Cash; At least 100 available. Odds of winning depend on the number of K-Club members in the database during the promotion.

Winner Notification and Acceptance: Sponsor will notify winners during their initial telephone call to K99.1FM upon verification of their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Contestants who have won the preliminary cash prize will be contacted after verification, to receive their prize. The winner must present their Social Security card, birth certificate and valid I.D. for claim verification. The names and likenesses of the winner(s) may be used by Cox Radio Dayton and SCA Promotions and their designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to Sponsor or the Promotion winner(s). Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners shall be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of sender's postmark. Failure to timely sign and return the affidavit or release, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner. For the Grand Prize, if the winner fails to comply with any requirements contained in these official rules or is found to be ineligible, they will forfeit the prize and it will not be awarded. Winner must also sign any affidavit or release that Sponsor may require. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner's consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation the Internet, or further compensation. Any telephone calls placed to the K99.1FM call-in line may be recorded for use on air any time. Prizes won and not claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor. 5. Participation: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Contest is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.

6. Construction: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

7. Sponsor: The K99.1FM $1,000,000* Name Game Contest is sponsored by Cox Radio, Dayton. The decisions of Sponsor and Contest judges regarding the selection of winners, the interpretation of these Official Rules and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Contest.
