NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open only to legal residents of Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky, who are 18 years of age or older as of the year 2007. Individuals who have won prizes from promotions sponsored by Cox Radio-Dayton in the past 30 days are not eligible. Employees of Cox Radio-Dayton their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each (collectively, “Sponsor”) are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Employees and persons in the immediate households of other radio stations or broadcasting companies are ineligible to participate
TO ENTER:

1) Beginning 1/07/08 through 12/12/08 entrants will sign-up for the K99.1FM Incredible Cash Cow at various random stops by the K99.1FM van. All year long listeners could win $1000 when they see the K99.1FM van roaming the roads of the Miami Valley. When listeners see the K99.1FM van that’s their cue to register for the $1000 K99.1FM Cash Cow. On an official registration blank (found at the K99.1FM van) entrants will hand print their complete name, e-mail address, telephone number and zip code. (If you do not have an e-mail address, indicate “No E-Mail.” Failure to comply with this or any other official rule will result in disqualification.)

2) On a 3x5 card, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, telephone number and e-mail address. (If you do not have an e-mail address, indicate “No E-Mail.” Failure to comply with this or any other official rule will result in disqualification.) Limit one entry per person/household address regardless of method of entry. No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. Illegible and incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account identified on the online entry form. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected by a random drawing on 3/27/08, 6/26/08, 9/25/08 and 12/11/08 from all eligible entries received. Decisions of judges are final on all matters. Winner will be notified by phone. Limit one prize per person/household address. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: 4 Grand Prizes of $1000. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by winners permitted.

All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Potential winners are required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance the day in which the prize is picked up at Cox Radio-Dayton. Noncompliance at that time may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Return of any blank prize notification/liability will result in disqualification. All winners must produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winners’ name, voice, statements, image and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

TERMS: Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion, whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Winners assume all liability and agree to hold Sponsor harmless for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, faulty, or incorrect transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the sweepstakes whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the program if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the promotion; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the promotion as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, freeze or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE COX RADIO-DAYTON OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS.
