1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open only to legal residents of the state of Ohio who are eighteen (18) years or older on date of entry. Employees and directors of Cox Radio, Competition Accessories, Chick-fil-a, their affiliated companies, participating Sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies (and their immediate family members and those living in the same households) are ineligible. By participating, you agree to these Sponsor’s Official Promotion Rules and to the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects.

2. SPONSOR: Cox Radio and Competition Accessories are the sole Sponsors of the K99.1FM Cash Cow Driver’s License Number Match Promotion and are solely responsible for awarding designated prize(s) to the verified winner(s) of the Promotion.

3. HOW TO PLAY: Promotion begins January 7, 2008 and ends December 12, 2008 or when 250 attempts have been registered, whichever comes first. Beginning January 7, 2008 listeners will be asked to participate by being the first to appear at the K99.1FM Cash Cow van stop (held at various times at various Miami Valley locations) Monday through Friday for a chance to win.

The announcement telling listeners at what time, in what city and on what street the K99.1FM Cash Cow van stop will be held each day will be made at 6:45AM weekdays (Monday-Friday). (No announcement or van stops will be made on holidays and the week of November 24, 2008.) The first listener who arrives at the K99.1FM Cash Cow van stop each day will have the opportunity to have the last five digits of their driver’s license number put into the incredible K99.1FM Cash Cow computer to possibly win a $30,000 (Grand Prize), $5000 (Level B) or $500 (Level C). (The first listener to arrive and put the last five digits of their driver’s license number into the contest computer is determined solely by the On-Air Personality driving the van.) The On-Air Personality of the day at the van stop will call in the driver’s license number to the station. The contacted employee at the station will then enter the last five digits of the Contestant’s driver’s license number into the contest computer for that day’s attempt. If the contestant’s last five digits, last four digits or last three digits of their Driver’s License Number stored in the Audit Log for their attempt is identical to one of the Prize Determination Numbers stored in the same record in the Audit Log, and you have complied with these official rules, you win one of the Prizes specified below. Final claim verification is subject to the validation of the contest computer’s digitally encrypted Audit Log.

4. RESTRICTIONS: Each contestant is eligible to participate only 1time per day. Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion, are not responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment, telephone transmissions, computer transmissions and/or network connections, nor are they responsible for any inaccuracies in information which may be used in the Promotion, or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of attempts, including data entered by contestants. Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion, reserve the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time, in which event, only entries received prior that date will be considered.

5. PRIZE(S) / ODDS: The Grand Prize is a new Motorcycle, ATV and Trailer valued at $30,000 if the last five digits match. There is only one (1) grand prize available to be won. If it is awarded, no more attempts will be allowed for the Grand Prize. Odds of an entry being identical to the Grand Prize Determination Number are approximately 1 in 99,999. The Level B Prize is $5000 if the last four digits of the driver’s license number match the Level B Prize Determination Number. There are only three (3) level B prizes available to be won. If all three prizes are awarded, no more attempts will be allowed for Level B. Odds of an entry being identical to its Prize Determination Number are approximately 1 in 9,999. The Level C Prize is $500 if the last three digits of the driver’s license number match the Level C Prize Determination Number. There are only ten (10) level C prizes available to be won. If all 10 prizes are awarded, no more attempts will be allowed for Level C. Odds of an entry being identical to its Prize Determination Number are approximately 1 in 999. UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Prize(s) will only be awarded upon winner validation and verification. Decisions of judges are final. All winners must have a valid driver's license and the winner, if any, of the Grand Prize must have proof of auto insurance. Taxes, fees or other charges, if any, including title and any applicable license fees are the sole responsibility of winner(s). Winners have 30 days from the date of winning the prize to comply with all eligibility requirements cited herein to claim all contest prizes. If unclaimed after 30 days the prizes are considered to be forfeited and no substitution prizes will be provided.

6. By accepting a prize, winner(s) release and discharge Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion, and all their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents from any liability or damage due in whole or in part to the award, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from participation in this Promotion.

7. NOTIFICATION AND AWARDING OF PRIZE(S): Winner(s), if any, will be notified that day in person and contacted by phone the next business day. Winners, if any, will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release, within thirty (30) days of notification. Affidavit of Eligibility must be complete and include winner’s social security or resident alien identification number. The information in winner’s Affidavit of Eligibility must be correct and must mirror the information provided in winner’s entry or winner is disqualified. If winner(s) cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit/Release as required, or if the Prize Notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. No unclaimed prizes will be awarded. By participating, a winner, except where prohibited by law, grants Sponsor, Sponsor’s designee and their affiliated companies the right to use the winner's name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, voice, biographical information and written submissions and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless required by law.

8. DISQUALIFICATION / TERMINATION: Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content and/or prize providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, including those resulting from the efforts of hackers. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate a contestant’s eligibility to participate. In the event any portion of this Promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, hackers, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Promotion. Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion are not responsible for any entry, which is generated by computer hardware or software, malfunction, error or failure, or is tampered with or subject to any non-authorized human intervention.
