After an extremely loooooooonnnngggggggggggg, emotional week for moi, (no need to go into details, just take my word for it!), I'm looking forward to this weekend, and believe it or not, this coming Monday! This weekend is the Kentucky Derby, and my man and I haven't missed it, at least on TV, in all the years we've been together...this year, we're going! Monday, I'm going to see my accountant dude cause he says I need to put my money in a better place?! After that, it's Cinco De Mayo!! Which, literally means, the 5th of May....if you're looking for some fun stuff to do...there's big Cinco parties at Adobe Gila's at the Greene, Pepito's on Wilmington Avenue, (my fave Mexican place), also Fricker's (any of them--I know it's not Mexican, but I like it), Three Amigos on Dixie, or La Fiesta in Troy. No matter where you go...you have GOT to try the new Bud Light Lime! Can I just tell you, it's really delish?! I'm not a big beer girl, but I don't do margaritas (sorry Kenny), but I did try this BL LIme this week and it's really good...it's nice and light with a great lime taste...it comes in a clear bottle so you can see the bubbles....I know that's silly, but I do like to look at it...I've always put lime in my brewski, and to get it all together is what I'm talking about!!! It's Bud Light Lime....it just came out, but you can get it any where now...make sure you order lots of chips and salsa...and DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE PLEASE!
