First and foremost, hope you have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. Think of those who sacrificed for our freedom as you bite into your bratwurst. Second, by the time we're back at work on Tuesday, American Idol will be pretty much a memory. I'm gonna say it again, I'm so happy David Cook won, and am proud to say I was one of the Cook Cougars (female fans over 40) who helped him win. That being said, I'm over all the flack about Archie NOT winning. Look, in the big scheme of things, who cares? David Archuleta will have a stellar career no matter if I buy his CD's or not. I was not personally against the young man. He's 17...one year old than my nephew CJ. I just preferred David Cook, ok? It's nothing personal, besides, Archie has bigger fish to fry than whether or not I voted for him, you know? Now I'm done with it. But in case you didn't get a chance to see the Davids do their Tom Cruise dance in underpants from Risky Business on the show Wednesday...here they are....for Cougars and kids everywhere...
