Ok, here's my take on this week's American Idol.   The final seven perform songs from Mariah Carey's song list.   My fave, as usual, was David Cook.   It was nice to see his brother Adam in the audience.   He is battling cancer.  It was also nice that A-I didn't point it out...but leave it up to Ryan, King of the Obvious, to make note of David's emotions after he sang, "Look David is tearing up!  Are you tearing up David?"  Duh Ryan.  Shut up already.   Archie did what he usually does, which may be his downfall.   I really like Jason too.  Even if Randy's "luau" reference was kind of strange.   He's been sitting next to Paula a little too long I think!!!

The guys so outsang the girls, don't you believe?  I think Kristy Lee will be ok, but Syesha, Carly and Brooke are in trouble.   I was glad to see Carly cover up her tattoos...she really is pretty when they are covered up. 

I think Carly might be going home...we'll see!
