Everybody holler!    My beloved Dayton Flyers won in NIT action last night against a tough Illinois State team 55-48!   That means UD plays the Ohio State Buckeyes tomorrow night in Columbus...they beat California 73-56.  Am I going?  You so know it!  Even tho the game's not til 9...I'll just pull an all-nighter.   My friend Cindy and her sister Cari and I watched the UD game last night at Cadillac Jack's in Beavercreek (awesome place to watch it, by the way!)  We wore our tiaras with red "jewels" for good luck and lead the Flyer Faithful in UD cheers.  As you probably already know, we're not shy. At all.   I was soooo excited with Chris Wright came into play.   Poor kid's been out since early January after breaking his foot!   But he's back and better than ever!   

So, now we play OSU, at OSU.  Last year's finalist in the NCAA against FLA.  But they lost, so I'm hoping they go down to the Flyers this year!    Here's an interesting note...the dude who is the "Voice of the Buckeyes" Paul Keels is a good pal of mine...not name dropping...just stating fact.  I call him Luther...but I'm not gonna tell you why...Anyhoo....Luther sang at my wedding all those years ago...he has a voice like God....smooth and professional.  And he's a terrific friend...both he and his wife Debbie.    On the other hand, the Voice of the Flyers, Larry Hansgen is also a good pal of mine...he and Bucky Bockhorn are a hoot.  But when it comes down to it, there's no question....Go Dayton Flyers!!!!
